When you need support or services at your business premises, our team of experienced, helpful, approachable        

service specialist is primed and ready to go.

The Emerging Technology Service Desk is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to address your support

or service needs with all details of your infrastructure available so that we can constantly start working on a

response to your query. Service and support requests are all logged and tracked through our service management

portal ConnectET, with progress updates to you throughout.

Our service management procedures follow the principles of the ITIL framework, giving you the confidence that

we operate in accordance with industry standard best practice methodologies. 

Pre-booked or ad-hoc onsite support and service days

All Emerging Technology customers can book time from our service time for routine maintenance , onsite

upgrades, moves and changes to help with training new members of your staff or in-house IT team or to

supplement your IT skills t peak times, such as year ends, to assist in specific projects or to cover for

staff shortage.

These support days can be booked on an ad-hoc basis or can be arranged in advance as part of the on-boarding

service transition for our managed and hosted services.

We can also provide staff on full-time basis as needed.

Incident management and service request

  For many queries or fault reports, we may be able to resolve the issue remotely. If not then we will book a

  service call for you to despatch one of our engineers. All the work that our engineers perform on site is also

  logged and managed through ConnetET, as are all remote support tasks.

  And whenever you have one of our team on-site, once the main issue is resolved don’t hesitate to ask them

  anything else about your IT installation or services as we are here to help.
